The Playoff Picture: It's Now or Never

New York and Tampa Bay are tied for the division lead in the American League East. Both teams are already assured a playoff spot, the battle remaining is only for the AL East title and possible home-field advantage if either team wins more than Minnesota.

In the National League, the NL West and wild-card races are still up in the air. The Giants hold a commanding three-game lead in the division and play second place San Diego at home to determine the situation.
