Week 5 Wrap Up: Jacksonville Jaguars

Filed under: Jaguars, AFC SouthJaguars at Bills

Score: Jaguars 36, Bills 26

The storyline: The Jaguars, two weeks removed from the second of disheartening back-to-back losses, rallied from a 10-point first-half deficit for a 36-26 victory at Buffalo on Sunday. The victory was the second on succession for the Jaguars, who beat the Indianapolis Colts at home last week on a last-play, 59-yard field goal.

Key moment: The Jaguars had rallied from a 10-point deficit, but the game was still very much in doubt tied 20-20 late in the third quarter. The Bills had just driven for a touchdown after a lost fumble by Jaguars quarterback David Garrard at the Jacksonville 45. But after a 41-yard kickoff return by Deji Karim, the Jaguars drove 53 yards on a drive capped with a 7-yard touchdown pass from Garrard to wide receiver Mike Sims-Walker. The Bills got no closer. Permalink | Email this | Linking Blogs | Comments
