Tony Parker, Eva Longoria to Divorce

Eva Longoria has filed for divorce against Tony Parker a day after her reps denied the marriage was ending.

In the divorce papers, filed Wednesday, Longoria cites "irreconcilable differences" for the split, and TMZ reports that the duo agreed to a prenuptial agreement when they married in 2007, an agreement which was amended in 2009.

She is seeking "spousal support" from Parker, who has had rumors of infidelity surrounding him recently, but doesn't want to pay any to him, with each side paying its own attorney fees. She also wants her name to be restored to Eva Jacqueline Longoria after taking Parker's name.

On Tuesday, a report surfaced that Parker had filed divorce papers in Texas. Shortly after, Longoria's rep shot down the report, stating that Parker didn't even have a divorce lawyer.

There have been rumors that something was up between the two. Longoria canceled an appearance at Anderson Cooper's CNN Heroes of 2010 television special amidst whispers that the couple wasn't doing well.

Trade rumors surrounded Parker over the summer, including a possible deal to New York, but the guard signed a $50 million extension with the Spurs in October.

The pair married in 2007. Longoria was a visible presence at Spurs games, cheering Parker on.
