The Best and Worst of WWE Old School Raw

Filed under:

The Best and Worst of Old School Raw offers up the best (meaning the highest quality to be found in a given activity or category of things) and worst (most faulty, unsatisfactory, or objectionable) of the November 15 edition of WWE Raw. Brandon Stroud is a syndicated advice columnist whose weekly column, The Best and Worst of Old School Raw, is featured in over 250 newspapers nationwide.

The show starts with the nostalgic voices of Tony Schiavone and "The Professor" Mike Tenay calling us fans and thanking us for tuning in. Up first is a tag team match to name new number one contenders to the Cruiserweight Tag Team Championships: it's gonna be EZ Money and Kwee Wee taking on AJ Styles and Air Paris! It's going to be great, but Tony can't tell us about it, because he's too busy talking about what Hollywood Hulk Hogan and to a much lesser degree Scott Norton is going to do later on in the program when they step into a falls count anywhere on a pole ladder match for the World Heavyweight Championship! It's the WCW Thunder edition of Monday Night Raw!

I'm sorry, that didn't happen. That would be kind of horrible. I forgot this show as three hours and spent the first forty minutes watching episodes of Community on DVD. And yes, before you ask, eventually these reports are going to have nothing to do with pro wrestling and just be a bunch of Annie Edison gifs.
